Our Story
Every service here produces a record that is measured, timestamped, and yours to hand to whoever asks for it. That record is what turns a claim about a product into a fact about it.
Founded and led by David Tai, TQAChecked covers the full life of a product: engineering validation before production, testing on every unit during it, and engineering support if something surfaces in the field.

We work with Suppliers: the companies that source or manufacture branded electronics for the promotional products industry. When you are dealing with a factory you do not fully trust yet, we are the engineering team at your back.
We also work with Distributors, our Suppliers' own clients, who are looking for something to compete on besides price.
Both serve the same end buyer, who ends up holding a device with a documented history behind it.
Our Philosophy
Confidence follows from reliability and safety, and both are measurable.
We test your specific product, record what the tests show, and give you the documentation. That documentation is yours. When a customer asks how you know the product holds up, you can show them.
